School Daze....

Well kiddies, the short ones are back in school again and i am soooo relieved!! While i do tend to feel conflicted about it, it's never for long. I realized i have not posted in a while as you can see and to any fiercly devoted readers LMAO I aplogize. Have had a lot on my plate @ work as usual and am getting quite tired of it. When your job causes you either physical pain or injury you might want to think about a career change :) Last week was the mother of all weeks. It started by me going to the Dr for my med check Thursday before last and then going back Saturday for stitches (bitches) and Tuesday for tennis elbow!! I DON'T PLAY TENNIS!!!! And then last night was going to be a good mommy and go for a bike ride w/ Charlie on a bike w/no brakes and pants that kept wanting to slid down and let the moon out. So as i was riding in the cul-de-sac trying to pull up my pants and say hi to the neighbor i ran right into the curb and ate dirt! injuring my elbow all over again and skinning my shin, quite a sight. Charlie has started middle school this year and seems to be adjusting very well, he was nervous and was not sure how he felt about moving up but is enjoying it. He joined band this year and we will know his instrument i think next week. Doug is hoping for the trumpet. Arienna started seventh grade and is enjoying it as well. thriving in art which i am very pleased about. Both kids have inherited their meemaw's talent thank goodness. She is joining the science and ecology club as well. Gosh she is sooo smart, it floors me!!! Now if we can just get her to be a little nicer to everyone in the house we'll be good :)
